PPS Fencing Ltd is a family owned and operated business which was established by Adam and Carol in the Waikato in 2000.
Founders/Owners
Adam and Carol established the business in early 2000 as a partnership before forming and trading as the company PPS Fencing Limited in 2015. They pride themselves on three generations of family working within the business and extend their family values through to their staff who respect and enjoy the family culture and hands on environment. They believe incorporating these values into the business brings a positive moral from their employees which in return relates to excellent performance outcomes for PPS clients.
Experience
Rob has been with PPS fencing for 12 years, and has been a huge part of the companies growth and leading our teams on our civil projects. He is a very passionate and dedicated team member, specifically specialising in the road safety barriers maintenance, installation and design and commitment to health and safety.

Experience
Wendy joined the PPS Team in 2018, adding value with her 19years experience from working in Chartered Accountant practices in the Waikato. Her responsibilities are for the day to day management of the companies financial functions and office management.

Experience
Sophie joined the PPS team in 2019 as our Project Co-Ordinator, utilising her previous experience in high level administration roles. Sophie assists with the tendering of projects and the day to day project co-ordination requirements.

Experience
Joanne joined PPS this current year with the responsibility of managing our Health and Safety systems. She manages, develops and implements effective health and safety programs, manuals and policies and maintains updating all records. She trains employees on health and safety, provides PPE equipment and monitors all health and safety tasks and reports to ensure our staff members are performing to company health and safety policies and procedures.
Experience
Bronzon joined PPS in 2019, and is our Lower South Island region Supervisor. He specialises in the fencing field along with road side barriers, taking leadership and pride in project works and interacting with project engineers.
Experience
Russell, known as Rusty, joined PPS in 2010 straight from finishing his school education and grew up with a farming background. With 12years of experience with the company he has excelled in all aspects of the company’s services and leads his teams in fencing and barrier installations with a high performance and standout deliveries.

PPS fencing overall provides and excellent service and will be used again on future projects.
"PPS Fencing were engaged by Brian Perry Civil on a supply & install contract for the wire-rope & guard rail barriers on the Whirokino Trestle Replacement Project south of Foxton. PPS have excellent safety systems both before and during the contract works. Prior to arriving on site, all pre-commencement paperwork including safety plans and plant/operator compliance documents are provided.
During the works all staff undertake pre-start inspections and follow the plan. This sits easily within the systems and requirements of a main contractor. PPS’s quality systems are of a similar high standard with pre-commencement approvals sort prior to arrival and followed up with all test and inspection reports, clearly sorted and in a timely manner. PPS fencing overall provides and excellent service and will be used again on future projects."
